Actual usage effect may vary due to outdoor weather, sunlight intensity and installation conditions, which shall not be regarded as product quality defects.
- Usage Risk Reminder Our solar decorative lights are low-voltage decorative supplies. Please do not use them in high-temperature, heavy rain underwater or high-load industrial scenarios. We are not liable for equipment damage or safety hazards caused by improper use.
- EU Consumer Rights Customers located in the European Union enjoy full 14-day statutory cooling-off return rights in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you cannot reach a satisfactory solution with our customer service, you have the right to file a complaint with your local EU consumer authority.
- Liability Limit The maximum compensation we can provide for any product dispute shall not exceed the actual payment amount of your corresponding order. We will not compensate for indirect losses such as decoration renovation costs, working hour losses and expected profits.
