We offer free tracked shipping worldwide with no minimum spend required.

Processing Time

All orders are packed and dispatched within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times

US & Canada: 4–14 business days

EU Countries: 4–11 business days

All other regions: 4–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, seasonal shipping peaks or weather disruptions outside of our control.

 Customs & Import Fees

Any local VAT, customs duties or clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot cover fees or liability for packages held by customs.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, a confirmation email with your tracking number and live tracking link will be sent to your email address.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, reach out to our support team with your order number and photos within 7 days of your estimated delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for you.
